3. Prohibited Redistribution
Customers must not resell the complete Reel Bundle as their own digital product, upload the complete bundle to another file-sharing/download website, share the direct download link publicly, distribute the complete collection through Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, websites, torrents or similar channels, claim ownership of the complete collection, or package and sell the entire/substantially similar collection as their own product.
4. Social Media Use
Customers may use permitted videos from the Reel Bundle on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other compatible social-media platforms, subject to the applicable rights and platform rules.
5. Monetization
Using a Reel on a social-media platform does not guarantee followers, views, viral reach, revenue, monetization approval, brand deals, or affiliate income. Results depend on platform rules, eligibility, audience, content strategy, and performance.
6. Third-Party Content
Some content may contain third-party elements such as video footage, graphics, music, sounds, characters, or other materials. Rights to such third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Customers are responsible for checking applicable copyright, licensing, attribution, and platform requirements before commercial or monetized use.
7. Copyright Claims
If you believe material associated with our website or products infringes your copyright, contact us with details identifying the copyrighted work, the material in question, your contact information, evidence of ownership or authorization, and other information that can help us investigate.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular video, audio track, image, character, trademark, or other element can legally be used for the intended purpose, especially for paid advertisements, commercial campaigns, brand promotions, monetized videos, client work, merchandise, or commercial redistribution.
9. No Transfer of Copyright Ownership
Purchase of the Reel Bundle does not mean that the customer becomes the copyright owner of the underlying content. The purchase provides access/use rights according to the applicable terms; it does not constitute a transfer of intellectual-property ownership.
10. Unauthorized Use
Web Solutions reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized redistribution, resale, public sharing, or other misuse of the digital product or our original copyrighted materials.
