Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Our Reel Bundle is a digital product containing approximately 3,000 ready-to-use videos/Reels across 6 categories. Because this is a digital product that can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the direct download/access link has been provided.

2. No Refund After Download Link Is Provided

Once the customer has successfully received the direct download link/access to the 3,000-video Reel Bundle, no refund, cancellation, or return request will be accepted.

This applies even if the customer has not downloaded all videos, downloads only some videos, changes their mind, or no longer wants the product.

3. Payment Debited but Product Not Received

If the payment amount is successfully debited from the customer's bank account, UPI, card, or other payment method, and the payment is successfully received by Web Solutions, but due to a technical, payment gateway, or delivery issue the customer does not receive the download/access link, the customer may contact us.

After transaction verification, the customer may choose either:

4. Payment Failure / Amount Not Received

If an amount appears debited but the payment has not been received by Web Solutions, please first contact your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway. We can investigate after receiving the relevant transaction details.

5. Duplicate Payment

If the same payment is accidentally made more than once for the same product, contact us with proof of the duplicate transactions. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded.

6. How to Request Support

Please provide your name, purchase email, payment date/time, transaction ID/UTR/payment reference number, amount paid, and payment screenshot if available.
