Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the download page, customer account, email, website dashboard, payment confirmation or another digital delivery method specified on the product page. No physical shipping is required.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
- Payment was completed but the purchased digital product was not delivered.
- The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
- The file is materially corrupted or unusable and reasonable technical assistance cannot resolve the issue.
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same order.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
3. When a Refund May Not Be Available
- The digital product has been successfully accessed or downloaded and there is no qualifying defect.
- The buyer changed their mind after accessing the product.
- The buyer did not review the product description or technical requirements before purchase.
- The buyer expected features that were not included in the product description.
- The product has been shared, distributed or used in violation of its license.
4. Refund Request
Contact us promptly with your full name, order/project ID, purchase email, transaction/reference ID, date of payment, purchased product, reason for the request and relevant supporting information.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or payment channel, subject to payment-gateway capabilities and applicable rules. Actual credit timing may depend on the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If your account is debited but the order remains pending or unsuccessful, do not immediately make repeated payments. Contact us with the transaction details so we can verify the status.
