1. Ownership
The School Management Portal source code, original design elements, documentation, graphics and related digital assets remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws unless a specific asset is identified as third-party or open-source.
2. What the purchaser may do
- Install and configure the purchased source code.
- Modify the code and user interface for an eligible personal, school, institute or client project.
- Change branding, logo, colors, text and functionality as required for the permitted project.
3. What is not permitted
- Redistributing or uploading the original source-code package to public download sites.
- Sharing the purchased download/access link with unrelated third parties.
- Reselling or licensing the raw source code as a standalone competing product without written permission.
- Claiming ownership of original third-party components or assets that carry their own licenses.
4. Third-party components
The project may use frameworks, libraries or other third-party components such as Bootstrap, CodeIgniter and related software. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses. Purchasers should review the applicable licenses before redistribution or commercial deployment.
5. Custom development
Purchasing the source code does not automatically transfer copyright ownership of the original product. Custom development, installation or additional licensing can be arranged separately if required.
6. Copyright concerns
If you believe copyrighted material has been used improperly, contact the product owner with sufficient details to identify the material and the basis of your concern.
