1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing IntradayPilot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable plan-specific terms shown at checkout.

2. Nature of the Service

IntradayPilot is a technology/software platform intended to organize trading information, signals, charts, risk controls, alerts, position information and trade review. It is not presented as a guarantee of trading success.

3. No Investment Advice or Guaranteed Returns

Unless expressly stated otherwise under a separately applicable and legally authorized service, IntradayPilot does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management or a guarantee of profits or returns. Users remain solely responsible for their trading decisions.

4. Market Data and Availability

Trading information may depend on third-party exchanges, brokers, data providers, internet connectivity and other systems. Delays, outages, inaccuracies or interruptions can occur. Do not rely on the software as the sole source for a time-critical trading decision.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Fees and Lifetime Access

The current offer is presented as ₹9,999 one-time lifetime access. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the applicable product/service offering, not a promise that the service will operate indefinitely regardless of business, technical, legal or third-party circumstances. Any material plan limitations should be displayed at checkout.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and the terms displayed at checkout.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use or circumstances requiring discontinuation of the service, subject to applicable law and the purchase terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntradayPilot and its operators will not be responsible for trading losses, lost profits, indirect losses or losses arising from market movements, outages, third-party data, broker/exchange systems or user decisions. This section should be reviewed by your legal counsel for the jurisdiction in which you operate.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel where required by law.
