1. Software and Website Content

The IntradayPilot name, branding, website design, software interface, original copy, graphics, documentation and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

2. Permitted Use

A paid user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased software/service for their own lawful use, subject to the applicable plan and account terms.

3. Prohibited Use

Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share paid access.
Do not share account credentials where account sharing is prohibited.
Do not copy or reproduce proprietary software, paid materials or protected content to create a competing product.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with its security or operation.

4. User-Generated Material

If users submit feedback, suggestions or other material, they should retain ownership of their underlying rights while granting only the permissions reasonably necessary for us to operate and improve the service, subject to the actual agreement and applicable law.

5. Third-Party Materials

Third-party software, libraries, market data, trademarks, broker services and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses, terms and rights.

For copyright concerns, send a description of the material, your contact details and the basis of your complaint to the designated support/legal contact.
